Summit Ridge Construction has been building in the New York metro since 1998. We stayed mid-sized on purpose, big enough to bond major work, small enough that a principal knows your job.
Our story
From a framing crew to a full general contractor.
We started with two carpenters and a pickup, framing houses for other builders. Clients kept asking us to run the whole job, so we did, adding concrete, finish carpentry, and finally full project management.
Today we self-perform the structural trades and manage everything else, with a superintendent on every active site and a principal reviewing every budget.

Price the risk early
We flag the hard parts, existing conditions, long-lead items, permit hurdles, during preconstruction, not during the build. Fewer change orders, fewer surprises.
Self-perform the structure
Concrete and framing stay in-house so quality and schedule don’t depend on someone else’s crew showing up.
